The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive facility condition assessments, corrective recommendations, budget estimates for the recommended work, and a prioritization of projects. There are currently 100 buildings that need inspection services for the City of Lynchburg.
