Description
The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach, also known as Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS), is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as Offeror, Successful Offeror, or Contractor) to establish a division-wide contract or contracts for Vending Machine Services including sodas, sports drinks, juices, water, snacks, and other products. Products in the student access machines must be in line with the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act and USDAâs All Foods Sold in Schools Standards (âSmart Snacksâ). Products sold through our Office of Food Services are not included.
