PART A – Construction services for the Installation of underground chilled water supply and return from campus hot and chilled plant loop to Thompson Hall. Project includes all associated work inside and outside of the buildings including but not limited to removal, salvage, demolition and replacement of all site and building features as necessary. The project includes all associated temporary environmental controls and maintenance of circulationPART B - Attachment G - Siemens Scope of Work - 12.05.25 - The Contractor agrees that it will use as the subcontractor for Work shown on the drawings and within the specifications, Siemens Industry, Inc., a subcontractor selected by the Owner, for a subcontract price of $106,539.78, and that this quote has been included in the TOTAL BASE BID AMOUNT. The Contractor agrees that it will be responsible for this subcontractor and its work just as if it had been selected by the Contractor.
