Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Lawn Maintenance Services for the Broadlawn Park Community located at 1745 Acorn St. in Chesapeake, VA. To assist potential offerors there will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on Thursday March 5, 2026, 10:00 am at the CRHA Central Office, 1468 S. Military Hwy. Chesapeake, VA 23320. The proposal submittal must be received in-hand and time-stamped in the CRHA Central Office no later than Friday March 20, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time.
