Solicitation may also be downloaded from the CRHA website under the Procurement Section at crhava.org RFP documents will be ready for pick up Monday, February 16, 2026. To assist potential offerors there will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on Thursday March 5, 2026, 10:00 am at the CRHA Central Office, 1468 S. Military Hwy. Chesapeake, VA 23320. The proposal submittal must be received in-hand and time-stamped in the CRHA Central Office no later than Friday March 20, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time.
