Description
It is the City of Williamsburgâs (CITY) intent that this Request for Proposal (RFP) for annual services for tree trimming for the CITY to encourage fair competition. It shall be the Offerorâs responsibility to advise the CITYâs Public Works & Utilities Director in writing if any language, requirement, specification, etc. or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source. The Public Works & Utilities Director must receive such notification not later than five (5) business days after solicitation release date.
