The purpose of this Request for Proposal (âRFPâ) is to solicit sealed proposals from Employment and Training service providers to establish a Contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of proven service approaches and strategies that help current and former participants of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and individuals with dependent children whose income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level to prepare to obtain and retain employment, progress toward a career path and wage growth.
