Description

The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Facilities Conditions Assessments. FCAs will provide a detailed evaluation of the physical condition of Town buildings, systems, equipment and components to establish acceptable levels of service and risk and support long-term planning of maintenance and capital improvements. Work will include on-site data collection and asset barcode labeling as well as population of the Town’s asset management software with asset information. The consultant will provide asset lifecycle modeling, ongoing management of models as well maintain a visualization dashboard for Town staff to interface with the data. This work will include an initial FCA report and presentation slides with recommendations for Town priorities, levels of service, risks and long-range operations funding and capital planning and annual updates of the models, recommendations and visualization dashboard.
