Description

The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) is seeking firm-fixed pricing for five (5) portable transport ventilators, associated accessories, and five (5) years of OEM manufacturer-supported comprehensive service coverage per unit. This procurement is funded through the Virginia Department of Health's Four for Life state grant.A No Substitutions determination has been issued to maintain compatibility with our currently deployed ventilator platform. Substitutions will not be considered. Offerors must be the OEM or an authorized distributor and must confirm eligibility for five-year OEM service enrollment at time of purchase.Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror meeting all requirements outlined in the Statement of Needs.
