The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit redevelopment proposals from qualified developers for the adaptive reuse of the West Avenue Library, owned the City of Newport News (“City”) and located at 2907 West Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607 (Parcel ID # 310040107). This solicitation is being initiated by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News, Virginia (EDA), on behalf of the City.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
