Description

This project will renovate aging bathroom facilities in the Special PurposeHousing area of Virginia Tech, which primarily houses Greek organizations. Work includes upgrading one bathroomand adjacent rooms to meet current ADA standards, renovating two additional bathrooms and an associated bedroomon the same floor, and replacing a sewer waste line damaged by tree roots. The wood-frame building is slab-on-gradewith brick veneer and a composition shingle roof. Construction will begin May 18, 2026, and be completed in time forstudent occupancy for Fall 2026.
