The City of Virginia Beach (âCityâ) and the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach also known as Virginia Beach City Public Schools (âSchoolsâ) (together hereinafter referred to as âVBCPSâ) requests proposals from prospective Offerors (hereinafter referred to as Offeror, Successful Offeror, or Contractor) to provide Dental Plan and Administration Services under a fully insured arrangement. This assistance shall include, but is not limited to, those listed in the Statement of Needs and timely reporting of information as requested by VBCPS.
