The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals on behalf of the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice (hereinafter referred to as “DJJ”) to establish a contract, through competitive negotiation, for Conference facilities (for DJJ Statewide Meetings -Spring and Fall of 2026), overnight lodging for up to 50 and meals for approximately 65.
