Description

This scope of work outlines the required tasks for the upgrade of a new 3 Phase 208/230 volt, 10 Ton 15 SEER heat pump, Daikin or equivalent, detail information found within the IFB attached. The project will include replacement, removal and disposal. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00PM on January 27, 2026, at DMV Customer Service Center, 110 DMV Drive, Kilmarnock, VA 22482. All questions about submitting electronic bids must contact eVA Customer Care at 866-289-7367 or email eVACustomerCare@dgs.virginia.gov or submit a “Supplier Assistance Request Form” from the eVA website.
