Description
The City of Waco is seeking vendors to provide fuel delivery for unleaded fuel. The contract is to includethe furnishing of all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and theperformance of all operations required to furnish unleaded motor fuel as usedby the City of Waco. The intent of the specifications is to describe, foracquisition purposes, material/services providing the best performance at thebest total cost. All bids shall meet or exceed these specifications. Each bid will beevaluated for acceptability with emphasis on the various factors within thisdocument. A staff committee will evaluate bids to ensure compliance with RFPrequirements, quality of products and services offered and pricing. The staffcommittee recommendations are subject to approval by the Waco City Council.Acceptance of any bidder’s response will not place the City of Waco under anyobligation to accept the lowest priced response.
