Description
The City of Waco (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide litter collection services for the City Landfill MSW 2400 (“Landfill”). The scope includes collecting litter from the streets in a 2-mile radius of the landfill and within the Landfill property. A map of the streets where litter collection is required is attached (Attachment A). The contractor will be responsible for providing the necessary equipment, labor, supplies, and transportation for the litter collection services. The successful contractor must maintain high safety and environmental standards, provide adequate staffing and supplies, and coordinate effectively with City representatives. The contract term shall be for a Modified (2) two-year contract, with (3) three optional (1) one-year renewals, if agreeable to all parties. The proposal evaluation will consider factors such as Safety Record, Cost Reasonableness, Company Experience, Response to Requirements, and References/Past Performance. Detailed drawings, scope of services, and/or specifications are attached as Appendices.
