Description

This project renovates theAnatomy and Physiology Lab at HCC’s Acres Homes Campus, located at 630 W. Little York Road, Houston, Texas, 77091 and will affect 1,895 sq. ft. of science laboratory classroom space. Theproject requires the contractor to support current instructional needs andaddress deferred maintenance. The improvements include selective demo, newcasework, updates to power/data and lighting, new underfloor plumbing forsinks/eyewash stations (including slab restoration), and limitedarchitectural/mechanical modifications to match the updated lab layout.Competitive procurement is required to engage a qualified contractor tocomplete the work in accordance with the approved construction documents andHCC standards.
