LEGAL NOTICE Advertisement for Invitation for Bids January 6, 2026 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by the Jefferson County Purchasing Department for Invitation for Bid (IFB 25-079/CG) Term Contract for Motor Fuel for Jefferson County, Pursuant to Chapter 262, Texas Local Government Code, the County Purchasing Act and 2 CFR Sections 200.318-327. Specifications for this project may be obtained from the Jefferson County website, https://jeffersoncountytx.gov/Purchasing/ or by calling 409-835-8593. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to the Purchasing Agent with the bid number and name marked on the outside of the envelope or box. Bidders shall forward an original and one (1) copy of their bid to the address shown below. Jefferson County does not accept bids submitted electronically. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Jefferson County Engineering Department Conference Room (5th Floor, Historic Courthouse) 1149 Pearl Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701, at the time and date below. Bidders are invited to attend the sealed bid opening.
