Hays County (“County”) is soliciting a concrete contractor to provide various concrete work and services related to Hays County Transportation projects, on as-needed basis. There is no guaranteed minimum number of projects to be ordered. Contracts may be used for projects ranging in size from small maintenance and repair to large capital improvement projects. A successful bid will, at a minimum, provide the following, to meet the specific needs of Hays County.
