Description
The Travis County Healthcare District is seeking qualified vendor(s) to supplement and assist with the implementation of a comprehensive community outreach strategy that improves awareness of the Travis County Healthcare District and its system entities, Central Health, CommUnityCare, and Sendero, as well as the programs and services offered by the entities. Through collaborative efforts, the Travis County Healthcare District aims to increase access to health coverage, health care, and health information for Travis County and neighboring counties’ (Williamson, Hays, Bastrop) residents living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, including those who are uninsured, unhoused, have limited English proficiency, and/or are reentering the community after incarceration.
