Description

The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to miscellaneous repairs on roofs, exterior walls and windows in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Price Consulting, INC and issued on 12/01/2025, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 @ 9:00 AM CT via Zoom. There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM CT at the University of Houston Moores School of Music, 3333 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77004.
