Description
Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide grounds maintenance services at the Marshall campus. This RFP is to set up an agreement for services from contract execution through August 31, 2026, with one (1) optional one-year renewal based on performance and agreement by both parties. Services will include routine and seasonal landscape maintenance for the identified areas. The goal is to keep the campus safe, clean, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. Optional Pre-Proposal Conference : This is a walkthrough to inspect the job site through a qualified designated representative. The walk through is optional.
