The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking Applications from qualified Service Providers to deliver services for the Senior Keys to Independence Program (SKIP) to be provided to Older Individuals who are Blind (OIB) Customers served by the TWC-Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC-VR) division on behalf of TWC. This is an Open Enrollment opportunity. Opportunities are available to provide SKIP services for TWC-VR Workforce Solutions offices in all areas of the state. Applicants must meet all requirements and specifications outlined herein to be eligible to provide SKIP services.
