ITB # 40100 -13811 – Amendment # 1 Page 1 of 1 STATE OF TENNESSEE TRANSPORTATION INVITATION TO BID # 40100 -13811 AMENDMENT # 1 FOR TPAS INSTALLATION DATE: February 2, 2026 ITB # 40100- 13811 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1. State responses to questions and comments in the table below amend and clarify this ITB . Any restatement of ITB text in the Question/Comment column shall NOT be construed as a change in the actual wording of the ITB document. QUESTION / COMMENT STATE RESPONSE 1. Where will the contractor need to go to pick up materials furnished by the state? Or will the state bring materials to the sites on a coordinated date? The contractor will pick up the furnished procured detection equipment at the Region 3 TMC (Specification document, item no. 7 under the “Scope of Work” section). For the items that are furnished by TDOT under the spare parts inventory (Specification document, item no. 6 under the “Scope of Work” section), the TDOT ITS Maintenance Contractor will assist with coordinating the delivery of materials to the Region 3 TMC or potentially the project site. 2. Will designer verify the existing poles #4 & #5 can support the new loads on concept sheet 1? The designer has verified that the poles can support the proposed equipment. 3. Will power be coming from the existing light circuits for the two Type B cabinets on Concept sheet 1? No, the power will be pulled from a new demarcation point. This will be shown on an updated set of project plans. 2. Delete Specifications_Combined document in its entirety , and replace it with Specifications_Combined_AfterQ C attached to this event . Revisions of the original document are emphasized within the new release. Any sentence or paragraph containing revised or new text is highlighted. 3. RFP Amendment Effective Date. The revisions set forth herein shall be effective upon release . All other terms and conditions of this RFP not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
