34301- 13764 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

1. State responses to questions and comments in the table below amend and clarify this
sourcing event.

Any restatement of terms and conditions text in the Question/Comment column shall NOT be
construed as a change in the actual wording of the terms and conditions document.

contract. Can you please
confirm this. As per section 5 of the terms and conditions this
contract shall have a period of thirty -six (36)
months, and may be renewed up to two (2)
times for a period of twelve (12) months each.
2 Is there another formatted
pricing table that is available? No, please submit your pricing as it appears in
Edison.
3 We also assume that the volume
of samples will be over the contract period. Please confirm. Since the contract is for 3 years plus two
options, the volume of samples is for 3 years.
4 Can you share who the
incumbent is and what the
annual value of the contract was

and maximum shipment

13 Can you provide a testing
schedule for 2024 and 2025? No.
14 What is the allowable logistics
plan to get the kits to and from
the testing locations? There should not be a need to ship kits.
Currently, bottles and samples are shipped via
fed ex with occasional use of a courier (vendor
contracted) for short hold analytes such as BOD
15 Event details state that Internet
Explorer and Firefox are the recommended browsers for the
TN Edison supplier portal,
google chrome is not supported. Is this still correct? Will Edge
work with Edison? Yes
16 The bid is to be submitted
through TN Edison. Is our bid linked to the legal entity that
created the TN Edison profile?
That is, can we submit a bid
through a TN Edison profile from
an affiliated lab? Or does the
submittal need to go through a
TN Edison pr ofile established for
the bidding/contracting legal
entity? The entity submitting the bid will be considered
the Contractor – please see section 7.10 of the
terms and conditions.
17 Can you provide current contract
rates? No
18 Regarding the ITB response, are
you just looking for direct answers to the questions
posted? Or do you want a
written proposal with our
qualifications, understanding,
approach to Scope, etc? Please submit answers to the questions in the
sourcing event in Edison.
19 T&C item 3.1 indicates all
respondents must be registered
prior to issuance of contract or PO. The registration can be
completed online at the State of
TN Supplier Portal.
Is this something more/beyond
the TN Edison registration? No, these are one and the same.
20 Is this all Drinking Water or
Waste Water?” There is a small possibility of waste water testing
under this contract, but no testing of drinking
water.

2. Amendment Effective Date. The revisions set forth herein shall be effective upon release. All other
terms and conditions of this sourcing event not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force
and effect.
