Please email capability statement and SAM.GOV UEI# to Ralph.Crum@va.gov no later than 01/06/2026. Sources sought for Grounds Maintenance Contract at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery was constructed in the early 1990s with a total site area of approximately 322 acres includes about 140 developed acres and roughly 40 acres of burial sections. Contract coverage includes all areas and structures of the national cemetery, including unimproved areas, periphery property owned or operated by the national cemetery, stormwater facilities, and other elements specific to the site. Planned procurement will require compliance with National Cemetery Administration National Shrine standards through performance of all tasks necessary, including support of ceremonies, site cleanliness, maintenance of turf and cemetery infrastructure, grave marker management, and tasks further described in this PWS (to be published).
