CM/GC Request for Proposal (RFP) w/Pre-Prop Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Forest Grove PSH - CM/GC RFP. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 9:00 am. Information distributed or responses to questions at the pre -bid meeting will not in any way alter or affect any of the provisions contained in the bidding documents and contract requirements.
