Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Jail
Expansion Feasibility and Visioning Study.
Proposals must be received by 5:00 pm Friday, February 27, 2026.
The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding
procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a
finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.

be viewed and downloaded from the site. The County’s electronic solicitation portal can
also be accessed at www.washcopurch.com/biz. Proposer is responsible for checking the
site for any addendums before submitting their proposals.
Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and
all informalities in the best interest of the County.
