This opportunity is for a 3 year award to provide funding and support for the development and implementation of a Perinatal Traditional Health Worker Douly Hub serving Washington County as part of the Douly Model federal grant. Specifically, this Initiative will expand and operationalize the THW capacity and scope of the existing CHW and BD workforce to provide streamlined perinatal continuity of care, through dual-certification support and implementation of a perinatal enhanced training, creating a cohort of Perinatal Traditional Health Workers known as Douly Providers for this project.
