This solicitation requests responses for property management services for the County's supply of Affordable Housing as well as Permanent Supportive Housing. Responses will be uploaded and evaluated separately, but may contain much of the same information. The County reserves the right to award Affordable Housing and Supportive Housing Property Management Services to the same or different proposers, whichever is in the best interest of the County. Contractor must be a certified management agent per HUD, Oregon Housing and Community Services, and Rural Development . The managing agent must have experience in LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, and PSH.
