Washington County Public Health is excited to announce a new 2024 funding opportunity aimed at putting some of CHIPs goals into action for communities well-being. Washington County is accepting project proposals that:
Address community health improvement priorities listed above.
Increase organizational capacity for impacting health equity and/or using trauma-informed approaches.
Individual organizations may apply for up to $35,000, and collaboratives may apply for up to $70,000.
