Agency is issuing this Request for Proposals and any Addenda thereto to obtain Proposals from qualified consultant(s) for preliminary engineering and final engineering design and related services for the project described herein.
The project will complete the Council Creek Regional Trail (CCRT) Project, creating a new approximately 6-mile, multiuse paved trail, including two pedestrian bridge structures, connecting Hillsboro and Forest Grove, and providing a safe off-street facility for users of all ages and abilities.
