The County desires to pre-qualify outside organizations and obtain services to help the County with it's architectural, engineering, and consulting service needs for County-owned buildings and facilities. Services will include, but not be limited to: Preliminary investigation, project management, on-site inspection, design, permitting, and supplemental construction services. The County's usage of the Consultant's services are on an as-needed basis such that if the demand is not there, then the services will not be requested. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of sub-consultants to cover potential types of projects.
