Description

Mosier #2 Well Decommission & Replace This Request for Proposals (RFP) will be used to establish a pool of qualified drillers for the repair or replacement of problematic wells in the Mosier area. Each Proposer selected will receive an award in the form of an Agreement-To-Agree (ATA, attached as RFP Exhibit B) and will be added to the pool. The ATAs run for an initial term scheduled to end December 2024. SWCD may supplement the pool from time to time. Well drilling services
