following answers:
Q: How many documents are with each envelope?
A: One document in most envelopes, considering a multi-page document as one, if a virtual
envelope would hold multi-page forms like a paper envelope would.
Q: User provisioning: How many of your Agency's 400 employees would need an account for
sending envelopes?
A: Most likely eight to ten employees.
Q: We are in the process of being listed on the GovRamp, will we be considered if our
application is submitted?
A: As stated on page 5 of the RFQ, Security Requirements and GovRAMP Eligibility, all
proposers must meet the requirements for security. If the proposer is GovRAMP eligible, please
submit those documents.
Q: Are you currently doing Remote Online Notarization (RON) with a vendor? If so, what are
you paying per RON transaction?
A: PERS does not have RON as a current feature.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
