Goalbook is a researched based software that empower our teachers to identify learning barriers and plan
effective UDL (Universal Design for Learning) strategies to ensure students with disabilities have equal acce
to the common core state standards. Goalbook is a service that will be utilized district wide from k-21 years
old to our special education personnel to help design impactful instructional to meet each student's individut
needs. Goalbook has monthly webinars to our staff for continued professional Development over the school
year. Lastly, Goalbook has a number of instructional strategies that our special education educators can
access at anytime from IEP writing support, data collection tools, to instructional strategies to ensure studen
on lEPs are properly supported to meet their individual learning needs.
For the reason(s) below, this purchase cannot reasonably be competitively solicited:
, the efiicient use of existing goods or services requires our purchasing compatible goods or services, and
there is a single provider for those goods and services. Describe:
v Goalbook has been implemented in our district since 2020. After completing multiple bids and
determining that no other company was able to provide the same level of support that aligned with our
needs. Goalbook has heavily supported our special education teams for the past three years and has
been pivotal in our support for our students on lEPs.
The goods or services required for the exchange of software or data with other public or private agencies

Description: 1-year subscription to provide continued training throughout the schoolyear to ensure all district
personnel are equipped to support our students with disabilities in all educational settings, To monitor and effectively
teach skills towards common core state standards.
