Public Notice for Sole Source Determination - Eaton Class 1 Factory Reconditioning ATS Breaker This sole source justification applies to the purchase of services required to address issues identified during inspection of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) #1 Main Utility Breaker (between utility power and the generator). Eaton is the OEM of the 150VCP-W500 breaker. OEM procedures, fixtures, proprietary tolerances, and required components are not available from third parties. Non-OEM repairs may void certifications and warranties and pose safety and compatibility risks. The procurement will cover rental of a temporary breaker, factory reconditioning of the existing breaker, and OEM field support/testing. A comprehensive engineering report will be provided at completion.
