This sole source justification applies to the purchase of services required to address issues identified during inspection of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) #1 Main Utility Breaker (between utility power and the generator). Eaton is the OEM of the 150VCP-W500 breaker. OEM procedures, fixtures, proprietary tolerances, and required components are not available from third parties.
