RFQ: Camp Rilea Forest Restoration Project The Project consists of planning and executing forest restoration treatments at Camp Rilea. The Scope of Work is structured in two phases. The first phase requires the Contractor to prepare an Implementation Plan that identifies the specific forest management prescriptions, methods, and schedule necessary to achieve the Project objectives.
