Camp Rilea RIB Groundwater Monitoring Wells The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to install four (4) new groundwater monitoring wells at Camp Rilea, in accordance with the Camp Rilea Wastewater Treatment Facility Groundwater Monitoring Plan (the Plan).
