RFGP Regional Health Equity Coalition
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), is seeking a Regional Health Equity Coalitions (RHEC) in the State of Oregon.
Grant funds awarded as a result of this RFGP shall be used to support increasing Health Equity in Oregon by completing tasks and activities that build the capacity of the RHEC to engage in regional and statewide policy, system and environmental change efforts, including action on the Social Determinants of Health.
