2025 Oregon Breeding Waterfowl Surveys This is an intermediate procurement (OAR 125-047-0270) Agency will not be accepting protests. The Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a contractor provide one helicopter for Northwest Oregon and at least one, but up to two helicopters in Eastern Oregon, experienced pilot(s), and fuel truck(s) with licensed driver(s), to fly Agency employees to survey breeding waterfowl populations in selected areas throughout Oregon.
