February 18, 2026 Re: Notice Intent to Award OCSD RFP B09-2026 Moving Services The Oregon City School District appreciates your time and effort in preparing your proposal for RFP B09-2026 for Moving Services. Based on the evaluations of the written proposals, and according to the criteria set forth in the RFP, the administration is recommending that the contract for RFP B09-2026 be awarded to Lile International Companies because it is most advantageous to the District. Any proposer wishing to protest this award is required to do so within seven (7) days after issuance of this Notice of Intent to Award Contract. To be considered, Proposer’s written protest must be submitted to the District Office, PO Box 2110, OR 97045, or may be submitted via email to kimberly.davis@orecity.k12.or.us and be marked as follows: RFP Award Protest RFP B09-2026 Moving Services The content of an Award Protest must comply with OAR 137-048-0240 (incorporated by reference in the District’s Public Contract Rule 130(3)).
