2025-2027 TA Program Consultant

The State of Oregon, acting by and through OBDD, is issuing this Intermediate RFP for a consultant to support its 2025-2027 Technical Assistance for Underrepresented Businesses grant program. The selected consultant will deliver the services needed to plan, organize, and facilitate quarterly and monthly Program meetings with the new 2025-2027 cohort of 28 Program providers, as well as facilitate smaller virtual peer learning sessions for business advisors and staff of TA Program providers.
