Parking Lots Tree Trenches Retrofit on 4 parking lots near the Yoshida Sports Complex. Existing asphalt will be removed, underlying soil excavated, and then soil and mulch will be added (and eventually trees; separate from this contract) to treat stormwater from the parking lot. Project will be performed as specified on the construction documents and the specifications included in this ITB. See attached for more details.
