Community Health Centers of Lane County South Lane Clinic Remodel Lane County is accepting bids for remodeling of the Lane Community College Building (Cottage Grove) to become a community health center with a dental clinic component. Work includes parking/sidewalk upgrades, HVAC replacement, interior MEP modifications, and ADA compliance restrooms. PREQUALIFICATION as a Lane County Community Benefit Bidder is required. Prequalification documents and Bid documents may be downloaded from the Lane County Procurement page, www.lanecounty.org/bids . Prequalification applications must be received no later than two weeks prior to the bid closing date and may be submitted via email. This project is considered a Public Works project with federal funding assistance. Oregon BOLI as well as federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates will apply.
