This notice is pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085(5), ORS 279B.400, ORS 456.625(19)(b), and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 137-047-0285. Any affected person may protest the approval of the Special Procurement. This Special Procurement involves OHCS amending an existing contract with Porter Group, LLC (contract number 5204) to extend the contract term and increase the maximum compensation for continued state and federal grant subrecipient training and technical assistance services.
