It is our intent to award contracts to Oregon Woods Inc. of Eugene, Oregon, Northwest Reforestation of Salem, Oregon, and Habitat Contracting LLC of Eugene, Oregon. Oregon Woods Inc., Northwest Reforestation, and Habitat Contracting LLC are the lowest bidders and have been deemed responsive and responsible.
