Eastern Oregon University Head Start (EOUHS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with a licensed Mental Health Consultant to support our Early Head Start and Head Start programs during the 2025-2026 school year.

Request for Proposals: Mental Health Consultant: Eastern Oregon University Head Start (EOUHS) invites proposals from licensed Mental Health Consultants to support our Early Head Start and Head Start programs during the 2025-2026 school year. The selected consultant will provide program-wide mental health consultation, staff training, family engagement support, and consultation on children's individual needs in alignment with the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS).
