RFP #2025-26-01 Grant Writing Expertise Pool Request for Proposals: Federal Grant Writers Pool. Eastern Oregon University (EOU) seeks experienced federal grant writers to support initiatives for rural and under-served communities. Grant writers with proven federal success welcome. Priority areas: Education & Workforce, STEM & Research Capacity, Rural Development, Health & Human services, Public Safety & Emergency Management, and Humanities & Arts. Request for Proposals: Federal Grant Writers Pool- Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is establishing a pool of experienced federal grant writers to support initiatives that strengthen rural and under-served communities. Building on recent federal awards, EOU seeks to expand opportunities that enhance regional economic vitality through partnerships across education, workforce, agriculture, health, emergency services, technology, and the arts. EOU invites proposals from professional grant writers with demonstrated success securing federal funding. Priority experience areas include, but are not limited to: Education & Workforce Development, STEM & Research Capacity, Rural Development, Health & Human Services, Emergency Management & Public Safety, and Humanities & Arts. Selected writers will collaborate with EOU on upcoming proposals that align with the university's mission and regional priorities.
