The Dalles MS New Overhead Doors Removal of existing overhead doors and operators, installation of new overhead doors and operators. Possibly painting of doors that are not selected for replacement and miscellaneous items as indicated in the contract documents. Bidders are required to provide bid/pricing on all items listed including items 1-5. Base Bid - Remove 4 existing overhead doors and operators and replace with new overhead doors and operators at overhead doors 3, 4, 5, and 6 in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. Add Alternate #1 - Remove existing 12' wide overhead door and operator and replace with new overdead door and operator. Price is per each, from 1 to 3 total. Priority order of door replacement is 13, 12, 11. Add Alternate #2 - Remove existing 14' wide overhead door and operator and replace with new overhead door and opwerator in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. Price is PER EACH, from 1 to 2 total. Proiority order of door replacement is door 7 and then 8. Add alternate #3 - Remove existing 12' wide overhead door and operator and replace with new overhead door and operator. Price is per each, from 1 to 3 total. Priority order of door replacement is 14, 1 and 2. Add Alternate #4 - Prepare and paint exisiting overhead door. Price is PER EACH, from 1 to 7 total. Priority order of door painting is door 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 14, 9, 10, 11, 12 and then 13. The intent of this alternate is to ensure any doors that dont get replaced may be able to get painted white to match the new doors. (if it fits in the budget)
