On-Call Region 2 Paving PA Series (Supplement) ODOT is conducting this solicitation to supplement an existing price agreement series. If you currently have an On-Call Region 2 Paving price agreement with ODOT you do NOT need to respond to this solicitation. Contractors awarded a price agreement will be invited to bid on maintenance paving projects in ODOT Region 2. Specifications and terms and conditions are in the attached sample PA. Please note commercial general liability insurance limits are $2/$5 annual aggregate. Paving for maintenance projects as specified. There is no pricing to enter at this time. Bidders are advised to check the "See quote attachment" checkbox. Upload the Bid Cover Sheet to the Attachments tab.
